You Are More Than You Know
“And if children, then heirs — heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ.” — Romans 8:17
Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt like what you saw wasn’t worth very much? Have you ever sat quietly with the weight of feeling invisible, forgotten, or simply not enough? If so, this truth was written for you — and it changes everything.
The moment you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, something happened that your feelings may not have caught up with yet. You didn’t just receive forgiveness. Not a servant. Not a distant relative. A co-heir. An equal recipient of everything the Father has promised. You share in His glory, His promises, and His standing before God.
This is not something you earned. It is not something you deserved. It is what God — in His extravagant, unstoppable love — chose to give you the moment you said yes to His Son. Your low self-esteem, your past mistakes, your insecurities — none of them disqualify you. Because your inheritance was never based on what you did. It was based on what He did.
You are not an afterthought. You are not on the edges of God’s family looking in. You are seated at the table, named in the will, and called by the Father — His very own child.
